The front condos come air-conditioned and, from the attached spacious private terrace, assures simply uncompromising and uninterrupted vistas of the soaring Thanon Thong Chai mountains. With interior design and specification undertaken by Chiang Mai-based Indochine Décor, units are furnished and well-appointed using quality fixtures, fittings and materials by default.

exclusive two-bedroom corner units weighing in at 144.04 sq m; with only four or five aligned residential units per floor per wing, the top floor of the condo contains one-bedroom units of 81.35 sq m, two-bedroom units of 97.72 sq m, a deluxe one-bedroom unit of 83.25 sq m, two two-bedroom penthouses of 115.72 sq m and as many again of 3 bedroom corner penthouse units at a positively voluminous 260.12 sq m.
