Masterminded by Chiang Mai’s Arunawa Company, the seven-floored Siritara Condo first came onto the scene at the tail-end of 2005. Being ready several years later and followed in a similar construction time frame and occupiable since the last quarter of ’11, by the so-designated Silver and Gold eight-storey buildings of the quite a bit more evolved Grand Siritara Condo.
Both projects, especially the Grand Siritara’s octagonally figured interlinked condominiums, are distinctive with reinforced double thick internal walls for superior sound and thermal insulation. They were boosted by good quality and, not unexpectedly, consistent praise-heaping reviews from residents past and present!

Lying low on a quiet soi [lane] off the southern section of the Somphot Chiang Mai 700 Pi Road beyond the town, the two properties are sat next door to one another, with Siritara on one and a quarter rai of land and Grand Siritara on about two rai. Offering not only a relaxing spot with abundant natural greenery in all directions, but many of the condo units look west, so their live-in owners or tenants wake to views of the temple-capped Doi Kham and Doi Suthep mountains every morning!
While that particular stretch of the Inner Ring Road still can’t claim an excellent public transport show, Why, just a three or four-minute stroll down from the Siritara Condos, east to Big C Supercentre hypermarket or Makro cash and carry on the Hang Dong Road one kilometre away, there are several restaurants.
Canal Road is located at the opposite end of Highway 3029 and less than a quarter of an hour on foot from the condos. Stopping for rows of shophouses,restuarants and household wares; the ever buzzing Mae Hia market to shop for fresh daily produce; an unpretentious food court.
Tesco Lotus Express mini-supermarket for everyday basics; and neighbouring Mali Place community mall complete with Rimping Grocery’s cut-above weekly provisions, imported products and in-house dining at the Chef’s Table restaurant.

Both Siritara Condos feature security guards on-site right around the clock, a CCTV system keeps common areas under surveillance, and an electronic keycard controls building admittance.
Inside each of the condominiums, a communal lobby, an officed juristic person working from Monday to Sunday; twin passenger lifts [elevators]; and WiFi coverage throughout at no extra charge (or else a speedier and unshared broadband subscription for getting online in the unit can be ordered through the Internet Service Provider 3BB).
And to finish, the added leisure facilities at Grand Siritara of a 111 square metre indoor gym and a centrally positioned 14.5 by the 7-metre open-air swimming pool!
TYPES, LAYOUT & SPEC OF UNITS at Siritara Condos!
Accounting for 68 units, Siritara Condo accommodates a choice of studio, one and 2-bed apartments sized from 37 to 124 sq m with a half-dozen different room designs. Whereas Grand Siritara’s 79 uniquely shaped semi-corner condos come in either Modern or Classic Lanna [Northern Thai] styles
and, numbering just three to eight units per floor, enjoy far more than average amounts of useable space; heck, even the smallest one bed, one bath unit is 53 sq m with the two bed, two bath Emerald and duplex Platinum Suites kicking off at 114 sq m, and the three-bedroom, three-bath Grand Suites a pretty huge 175 sq m spread over two floors!
Across the board, condo interiors are air-conditioned and presented in an open-plan living/dining/fitted kitchen format with whichever a single (up to six metres in width) or dual private balcony. Nine out of ten times are fully furnished and superbly appointed with contemporary comforts and conveniences.

The Siritara Condo does not have a pool but the Grand Siritara does have a decent pool. Please note that residence of the Siritara do not have automatic access to the pool at Grand Siritara.
