The Siri condominium – a harmonious balance of “Elegance and Comfort”

First impressions count, and, in this respect, The Siri’s striking and distinctive seven-storey facade certainly lives up to its Thai name of ‘glorious’ or ‘splendour’ without being overly flashy. Demographically, The Siri is home primarily to foreign professionals in Chiang Mai for the medium- to long-term, although a small number of units within the building serve as holiday lets for short stays. Indeed The Siri is reportedly one of the very few condominiums in Chiang Mai that has already achieved the legal quota of no more than 49% of its units being foreign-owned; despite the occasional sales unit appearing on the market, the majority of available units at The Siri exist only to rent.
