We normally charge a flat rate of 3% to 5% on all properties sold through us. This is based on the final agreed sale price. Again Remember NO SALE NO FEE. Please note that Perfect Homes will not take on properties where owners ask us to add our fees to their sale price This practice has led to many misunderstandings in the Chiang Mai property market as a whole.
