These articles usually focuses on specific individual units and what they have to offer. However, this month, we are going to break the mould slightly and look at a range of different condominium buildings that are popular choices for expats looking in Chiang Mai. We are going to look at a number of places in different locations, suitable for a variety of budgets too. The links below will provide information on the building, the facilities and maybe a video walk through too which we hope you will enjoy. You will be able to see the links for properties for rent and sale located in the buildings.
Located right in the heart of the ever popular ‘Nimman’ road, Nimmana offers a range of stylish condos and lovely facilities too. Walking distance to shopping centers, restaurants, bars and a range of coffee shops, this is an ideal location for anyone wanting to be close to the Nimmanhaemin area. The condo’s themselves are tastefully finished and are extremely popular amongst Chiang Mai’s expats.
For those looking for a slightly quieter area whilst still be fairly close to the Nimmanhaemin, The Resort Condo is one of a number of options in the area. They are certainly not a budget option, however spacious living, green gardens, and fantastic mountain views are all plus points for this building.
It could well be argued that D Condo Sign is the most popular rental building currently in Chiang Mai. Whilst the rooms aren’t the biggest, this fantastic new complex located near to Central Festival, provides nicely designed rooms and a swimming pool that a large number of visitors simply fall in love with.
Moving across town again we have one of the ‘old favorites’ with many of Chiang Mai’s long-term residents, Riverside. Offering larger rooms for a variety of budgets, this well-maintained building has always been a popular choice for those both buying to live in and for investment.
Located on Chiang Klan road, these two large building house more than 500 units with a variety of units available, one to three bed and even duplexes. Certainly not for those with a lower budget, The Astra possesses superb facilities and is walking distance to the Night Bizarre area too.
These are just a few ideas, have you stayed in any of these buildings before? Do you have any specific questions on these buildings? We would love to hear your questions and comments below!
