DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT by a household name among Thai real estate groups!
From the time they incorporated in October 1983, the Bangkok-headquartered and Stock Exchange of Thailand-listed Q House
has turned out a slew of quality housing projects across the country including their Casa branded condominiums.
Joining Casa Condo @ Chang Phueak and Casa Condo @ CMU in Chiang Mai, Casa Condo @ Suan Dok launched at the tag end of 2015 before its completion as a seven-storey modern style vertical residence some couple of years hence.
A supremely strollable prime mid-town LOCATION!
Rising low on three ngan (1200 square metres), Casa Condo @ Suandok’s tucked out of view down a short blind alley off the south side of Suthep Road.
Exiting the lane and tracking due east on foot for less than 10 minutes to make Suan Dok Gate of the ‘Old City’, Chiang Mai’s traditional and geographic heart. En route, passing the epicentre of Chiang Mai University’s sweeping Suan Dok health sciences complex; home to Maharaj Nakorn teaching hospital and the Sriphat building with its ground floor pharmacy open round the clock and namesake Medical Centre on the 13th floor as the most affordable private medical facility in town!
Steps away to the west of the condo stand a jumbo 7-Eleven convenience store with All Café and bakery, a Mini Big C proximity store, an absolute multitude of local eateries and, at the corner of Siri Mangkalajarn Road, Suan Dok Park community mall with Black Canyon Coffee, McDonalds, Salad Terrace and Tops Daily grocery.
Not one kilometre onward is the intersection with trendy Nimmanhaemin Road and the Wing 41 Access Road which, for those holding a Wing 41 Permit, serves as the speediest of shortcuts to Chiang Mai International Airport. Else a few hundred metres farther, where Suthep and Canal Roads meet, are Ton Payom fresh market and Tesco Lotus Express supermarket. Ahead of which lie the southern gates of CMU’s main campus, a branch of the Royal Project shop, to say nothing of the mountainous Doi Suthep-Pui National Park itself!
Then again, to save on legwork, city buses ply Suthep Road daily in both directions; namely, the B1 municipal bus which travels between the Provincial Arcade transport station and the Zoo, and the R3 RTC smart bus which runs a continuous circuit stopping at the likes of CentralPlaza and the Chiang Mai Night Bazaar.
Just about a full house of ON-SITE AMENITIES!
Under cover for the larger part, Casa Condo Suan Dok supports a street-level car parking allocation corresponding to roughly 30% of the total count of residential units with separate bays for each of push bikes and motorcycles.
With an emphasis on security, condo occupants can feel safe and sound thanks to a network of CCTV surveillance cameras positioned throughout common areas of the property as well as uniformed guards keeping a 24-hour eye on the one and only barriered entrance; at the same time, access onto the grounds, into the building, and even to individual floors via the single passenger lift [elevator] is controlled by means of a personal-issue electronic keycard.
Immediately beyond the condominium’s main doors is a communal lobby and though rather unelaborately provisioned, does at least offer free shared WiFi and a front desk crewed by the resident juristic person between 9AM and 6PM Monday to Saturday.
While there’s no swimming pool, the well sized and stocked indoor fitness room looks onto a gardened strip for those who enjoy working out to a green scene!
Wanting an overview of the TYPES, SETUP & SPEC OF CONDO UNITS?
Taking up the first to the top floors, Casa Condo Suandok features precisely 78 one bedroom, one bathroom pads. Though a bit smaller than average at 34.00 to 36.43 square metres of useable space, units are optimally proportioned.
Arranged with an open-plan living/dining/kitchenette layout, every unit benefits not only from having its own
balcony but also fittable with high-speed fibre-optic home broadband from either of 3BB or AIS Internet Service Providers.
As standard, condo units come fully air-conditioned, furnished and equipped with simply but comfily enough interiored rooms.
