Among the principal real estate players locally, the Ornsirin Group’s condominium offerings in the Northern Rose already count the award-winning swanky sensation that is The Astra plus The Next, The Next 2, The Next 3, The Next Premier and now their all-new housing venture, Arise Condo. A modern lifestyle in harmony with nature and an architectural blueprint, down to the red-bricked structures, uniquely influenced by the bygone capital of the Lanna Kingdom, Wiang Kum Kam in the neighbouring district of Saraphi.

For residents with a motor, literally a two minute straight run west of the future condo lies Sanambin [Airport] Intersection. From there, bang a left onto the Chiang Mai-Hod Road to hit up the Hang Dong branches of Tesco Lotus, Big C and Makro cash ‘n’ carry; or take a hard right to reach the southwest [Ku Huang] corner of the ‘Old City’; else across the way from the junction, Central Airport Plaza shopping centre and onwards to the Chiang Mai Immigration Office, the flight hub of CNX itself or, armed with a Wing 41 permit, shortcut to Suthep and Nimmanhaemin Roads.
Admittedly, at the present moment, the condo’s location ain’t exactly well served by public transport. But with developers zeroing in ever more on the municipal fringes let alone a city-wide light railway officially on the cards, odds are the situation will pick up by the time Arise opens its doors!

Set to feature a round-the-clock security force on duty at both of the guard houses flanking the main entrance or Arise condominium, CCTV cameras monitoring common parts of the property and smart card access control to the premises. Not to mention, each condo building will lay claim to a single passenger lift [elevator] and, though mostly uncovered, an overall car parking capacity in excess of 40%.
With good reason marketed as the ‘new paradigm of recreational living’, the condo buildings at Arise will all but surround an inner courtyard luxuriantly planted with tropical greenery and affording many a hang-out spot for residents to lounge their cares away. Modelled on Chiang Mai’s life-giving Ping River and bearing more than a passing resemblance to Sansiri’s earlier dcondo ping, snaking a record-breaking 135m and some through the midst of the quad will be a killer swimming pool with sunken seating and two integrated jacuzzis! No less a stand-out, a pair of dual-level clubhouses incorporating an altogether equipped exercise facility and, rigged throughout with free shared WiFi, a co-working space and communal lobby with juristic office.
How about a quick look at the TYPES, LAYOUT & SPEC OF ROOMS at Arise Condominium?
Holding only four to nine of them per floor, Arise’s condo units are rather cosy in size relative to the city average for their respective kind. Still, as is the trend these days, units look to be well proportioned and extract the max possible amount of habitable space. In the ballpark of 26 to 28 sq m, studio pads will accommodate a separate kitchenette/dining area that can be closed off from the living/sleeping quarters courtesy of a trio of sliding glass panels; 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom units of 31 to 45 sq m and 2 bedroom, 1 or 2 bathroom units between 44 and 66 sq m, on the other hand, will be laid out with an open-plan living/dining/kitchen setup.
Contemporarily appointed and dashingly presented using nothing but a perfectly decent quality of imported materials, units will be supplied totally furnished and air-conditioned likewise. So too expect light-infused interiors during the day thanks to the full height and width windows then for extra reassurance, every one of the units will be topped off with a digital door lock. While a handful of the eight kinds of condo unit at Arise Mahidol will enjoy a standard tiled balcony, 1 bed type A as well as 2 bed types A and D suites will instead star a biggish timbered deck and adjoining ‘privacy garden’!
